Behind every business there is history of hard work and determination to overcome obstacles along the way it seems as though these characteristics are amplified when the owner of a business is Hispanic. After working many years in the fields of Patterson, California, harvesting fruit and working for a tire wholesaler in the Bay Area, Francisco Chavez decided in 1991 to start a small business of his own. Initially opening at the corner of Crows Landing and Hatch Roads, the business was limited to offering minor services and used tires.

In 1992, Los Amigos Tire Pros opened another store in Patterson, followed by a third store in Manteca in 1994; where we offered services such as alignment, balancing and brake repairs. On December 7, 2003, Los Amigos Tire Pros inaugurated its new and improved Modesto store with state of the art equipment. The new store was the result of 20 years of hard work. The new location features a huge showroom full of rims and wheels and a waiting room with television and air conditioning. Our biggest asset, however, is the quality and service that we offer.
